DUII Listserve

The goal of the listserve is to facilitate discussion between members about developments in DUII law and issues that arise in DUII practice such as diversion, motions to suppress, case theories and divergent county policies and practices. The listserve will also serve for DUII-related announcements and reminders for events such as the monthly Portland DUII meeting at Multnomah Defenders, Inc.

All requests to join will be verified. You’ll receive a “Welcome to the duii mailing list” email which contains subscribe and unsubscribe instructions. File this email in a safe place.

Tap into a wealth of member knowledge, keep abreast of fast breaking legal issues, learn the idiosyncrasies of court practices in neighboring counties on the listserve known affectionately as the Pond.

go The easiest way to subscribe and unsubscribe from the pond is to send a message to ocdlapond@list.ocdla.org with “subscribe” or “unsubscribe” in the subject line. While this message will be sent to the entire list, it allows OCDLA staff to easily track the requests.

OCDLA disseminates information regarding upcoming seminars, publication releases, legislative updates and other timely news to the membership through the Member listserve. The list used only by OCDLA to send information. Normal volume is 2–5 emails per week. All OCDLA members are automatically added to the list.

Capital Defender Listserve

Capital Defender Members Only (OCDLA membership required to join)

A forum for discussion between lawyers, mediators and investigators involved in capital cases. All OCDLA Capital Defenders (join here) are added to this list.

Juvenile Law Reader List

Open to Anyone

Members of this list receive an emailed copy of the Juvenile Law Reader, a newsletter published by the Juvenile Rights Project. This list is open to OCDLA members and those attorneys doing juvenile law related work. All requests to join will be verified.
