A half-day program to focus on Oregon law, where and how to get information, what information you have a right to get, how to write effective reports and summarize a case, and developing the case theme and theory. DUII investigation will also be addressed.
The program takes place from 8:30a until noon.

Who can attend?
This program is open only to investigators, defense lawyers and those professionals and law students directly involved in the defense function. The optional Trial Practice workshop is limited to OCDLA members admitted to the bar in the last four years.
